New Haven Register, November 28, 2012: UNH plans to file applications for a new residential hall project next month and will ask West Haven approve a new development zone, implement those zoning guidelines and OK a site plan. The structure would accommodate 370 freshmen and sophomores and be near the future home of the Engineering & Science University Magnet School, which New Haven will build and fund.
