West Haven Voice, September 6, 2012: A new business loan program launched by the City of West Haven is aimed at revitalizing neighborhoods in Allingtown with facade improvements. Last spring, new awnings were installed along Boston Post Road , financed by the Allingtown Neighborhood Development Coalition, a partnerships between the city and UNH, to spur economic development in the area.
