Newburyport Daily News, July 18, 2012: Thomas Fowler '92 B.S. is the new chief of police for Salisbury, Mass. After 18 months of turmoil surrounding the Salisbury Police Department, Fowler says it was imperative to rebuild the public’s trust in the department. He was the former deputy chief in Branford, Conn., where he says predictive policing was very successful and can be equally effective in Salisbury.
