WTNH, August 15, 2012: UNH student Jordy Padilla is one of 2 million people in the U.S. who will apply for the federal government's "deferred action" amnesty which allows illegal immigrants who meet certain guidelines to be guaranteed not to be deported for two years. Padilla came to the U.S. from Ecuador at age 7 and is studying to be a civil engineer.
