WSHU, December 13, 2011: Most of us probably think of analysis of DNA evidence as a valuable resource for solving crimes. But Dr. David Schroeder of the Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Science at the University of New Haven says his research shows DNA evidence is related to fewer arrests. And now he's turning his attention to police in Connecticut.
