Diversity and Inclusion at Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts

A Rich Tapestry

President Steve Kaplan believes that the many cultures represented in the University’s campus community are what create an especially vibrant environment that fosters personal growth and exploration.

"The rich tapestry of the University of New Haven community helps instill in our students the compassion and empathy they will need as the world's future leaders, innovators, and problem solvers," he says. Accessibility Resources Center

The Accessibility Resources Center, loated on the main campus in West Haven, provides support services that that serve to promote educational equity and ensure that students are able to participate in all the opportunities available at the University.

ARC staff also provide resources on the Lyme campus throughout the academic year.

The Myatt Center plans programs and activities that promote cultural diversity, awareness, and sensitivity throughout the campus community. Students on the Lyme campus have taken advantage of the Myatt Center on main campus, including hosting Lyme student exhibitions.
