Undergraduate Programs


The Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences provides a broad professional education incorporating classroom learning with laboratory and field experience. Students typically move on to careers in criminal justice, forensic science, fire science, arson investigation, corrections, law and related areas

Undergraduate Minors


A minor adds dimension to your education and open up career possibilities that a major alone may not.  Undergraduate students in the Henry Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences can minor in Criminal Justice, and Fire Science.

Undergraduate Certificates


The Henry C. College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences offers eleven undergraduate certificates designed as options for persons having a baccalaureate degree who want to enroll in a part-time, short, coherent course of study to help further their education and career.

Criminal Justice


The University of New Haven Criminal Justice Ph.D. program is designed to be a small, selective program to enable every student to receive the individualized instruction and mentoring necessary in doctoral education. The program includes both full-time and part-time options to allow students to tailor the program to meet their individual needs. 

Graduate Programs


Through the Graduate School, the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences offers career-oriented graduate degree programs in criminal justice, fire science, forensic science (including the criminalistics laboratory program), and national security and public safety. 

Graduate Certificates


Persons who may not yet be ready to commit to a full-length graduate program, as well as those who already hold a graduate degree but want to pursue additional work in the same or another field, may find that a certificate provides the perfect alternative. Students may choose from 14 different certificate programs.
