    Support Services Portal

    Use this system to submit work orders or request assistance from the following offices:

    • Information Technology (technical support requests, adding and removing employee accounts)
    • Marketing and Enrollment Communications (publications, advertising and website change requests)
    • Media Services (audio/video)
    • Duplicating Center

    EVENT SCHEDULING

    EMS (Event Management System) is the system used to schedule space on our campuses. Use this system to view available buildings and rooms and to reserve space for a meeting or event.

    Facilities Work Orders

    Use this system to request assistance from the Office of Facilities by submitting a work order. Work orders can be generated for repairs, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, custodial and site services, landscaping services, and more.
