Professor Loughlin is currently the Director of Operations for the College of Business at the University of New Haven. She was previously the Accreditation Coordinator at the School of Management at New York Institute of Technology. She has degrees from Paul Smith’s College, State University of New York at New Paltz and the University of New Haven. She has over 20 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. The bulk of her experience comes with large-scale and high volume businesses including Hilton Hotels and Larry Forgione in ala carte and banquet operations.
