Patricia Grace-Farfaglia, M.S., MBA, Ph.D., RDN, FAND


Patricia Grace-Farfaglia, Ph.D., has a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, a MS from Columbia University, Teachers College, MBA from Rensselear, and completed her doctoral studies in health and wellness promotion at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and adjunct lecturer of nutritional sciences at the University of Connecticut. She has published research on the wellness orientation of dietitians and how this impacts dietetic practice and lifestyle, cross-cultural communication, and nutritional management for immune-mediated and adiposity-based chronic disease.

Dr. Grace-Farfaglia is particularly interested in the effects of genomics on lifestyle and health outcomes, as well as integrating the genomic paradigm into healthcare informatics and health promotion.
