Andrew Randi, M.S.
Chef Andrew Randi is a Professional in Residence with the College of Business, School of Professional Programs, Hospitality and Tourism Management Department. Chef Randi holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of New Haven along with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University.
Chef Randi has over 30 years experience in food and beverage management with Sheraton International and Marriott International properties. He has also worked as an executive chef, private chef, and caterer. For the past 15 years Chef Randi has been dedicated to educating and training future hospitality managers. He teaches courses in food service operations and culinary arts, assists with the running of Jeffery’s Fusion Restaurant, and helps the students tirelessly with catering various events. Chef Randi is also actively involved in the New Haven community running summer programs.
