    EXPLORE – Your first year is a time to explore your options, get connected and organized, become self-motivated and independent and re-evaluate and reflect on your thoughts about your college experience. This checklist is a guide to help you navigate your first year at UNH. We hope you will take advantage of the many opportunities and programs to support your success as a UNH student.

  2. Sophomore-Year

    DEVELOP – Your second year is a time to further develop your academic plan; learn about and plan for study abroad, internships, opportunities for professional development; take on leadership roles; learn about others, learn to self advocate and find your niche. This checklist is a guide to help you navigate your sophomore year. It is your responsibility to take advantage of the resources and services that can best support your personal and academic goals.

  3. Junior-Year

    PREPARE to complete your college experience, think about post graduate work, put the life skills you have acquired into play, experience your options, put into practice what you have learned, implement your academic plan, fine tune your leadership skills. This list is a guide to help you navigate your junior year. It is your responsibility to integrate the list as how it fits best into your personal and academic goals.

    APPLY your learning, plan to maintain UNH connections, mentor others to take on your leadership roles, prepare for the next steps after college and reflect on your growth and learning during college. This list is a guide to help you navigate your senior year. It is your responsibility to integrate the list into your personal and academic goals.
