GOLFER INFORMATION
Entry fee is $300 per golfer and payment must accompany registration form (click PDF brochure above). We will accept telephone reservations with a credit card payment. Call 203-932-7016 (or 7017) to reserve by phone. All players are responsible for the replacement of their foursome. There are no registration refunds.

Register by Friday, May 30, 2008 in order to hold a position.

Registration fee includes a full day of golf on a private course at Woodbridge Country Club, winner of a 2007 CSGA Distinguished Club Award, lunch, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, dinner, team prizes, ability to bid in the Charger Auction, and more.

DRESS CODE
Woodbridge Country Club policies require proper golf attire to be worn at all times. No jeans. Soft spikes only. NO METAL SPIKES.

CHARGER RAFFLE
The reception will feature a raffle of items including gift certificates, tickets to various sporting events, jewelry, health club passes, etc.

SPECIAL AWARDS, sponsored by Healy Ford-Lincoln-Mercury
Golfers are eligible to win a variety of special awards, including contests for longest drive, closest to the pin, driving accuracy, and a $10,000 putting contest.
