2011 CHARGERS AUCTION BIDDING RULES

ONLINE BIDDING CLOSES WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1

CHARGERS AUCTION "FEATURED" ITEMS
1. Email Sue Zawacki at szawacki@newhaven.edu with your bid.
2. Once bid is received, a confirmation email will be sent and the bid will be updated on the website.
3. Each time a bid is received, an email will be sent out to all other bidders to update status of item.
4. Online bidding will close on Wednesday, June 1 at 4:00 p.m.
5. The highest bidder of each item will be notified of their status. All bidders will be invited to the live auction which is taking place in conjunction with the Charger Classic golf tournament on Monday, June 6 at the country Club of Woodbridge at 6:00 p.m.
6. At the live auction on June 6, all auction items will open bidding from the last prive of the online auction. Highest bidder will win auction item.

** At the completion of online auction, the highest bidder will be asked how high they are willing to go in case they are unable to attend live auction on June 6. Highest bidder will also need to provide UNH with a credit card number in order to confirm their bid between the week of June 1 and June 6.
