New Haven Finishes 10th in the NE-10 Presidents’ Cup
(06-02-09) SOUTH EASTON, Mass. - The University of New Haven finished 10th in the 2008-09 Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Presidents' Cup as announced at the NE-10 awards banquet on Monday evening. The Chargers compiled 100.5 total points in their first year in the conference.
Niles, Hilaire Named Athletes of the Year at University of New Haven 2008-09 Athletics Banquet
(04-26-09) WEST HAVEN, Conn. - The University of New Haven held its Athletics Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 26 at Charger Gymnasium, where over 200 student-athletes were honored for their participation in 2008-09. The event culminated with the announcement that seniors Rhe-Ann Niles (women's volleyball) and James Hilaire (men's soccer) were chosen as the UNH Female and Male Athletes of the Year.
Three Chargers Earn Fall NE-10 All-Academic Honors
(02-10-09) SOUTH EASTON, Mass. - Three University of New Haven student-athletes have earned Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) All-Academic recognition for their excellence on and off the field of play. Rhe-Ann Niles and Yael Rosner of the women's volleyball team and Jason Zurita of the men's soccer have each been named to the NE-10 Fall All-Academic Team.
