
Lisa Burbige joined the women's soccer program as a graduate assistant for the fall of 2008, and joined the UNH cross country and track & field coaching staff in the winter of 2009. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in criminal justice at UNH.
Burbige graduated Magna cum Laude from Sacred Heart University in August, 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice. She played on SHU's women's soccer
team from 2003-06, and served as captain during her final two seasons. A Dean's List student at SHU, she was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas Scholar All-East Region selection in 2006.
Burbige served on Sacred Heart's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) during her final three seasons, and was also active in the Sacred Heart Habitat for Humanity and Criminal Justice Club.
As a player, she appeared in 77 matches for the Pioneers over four seasons, scoring 14 goals and assisting on seven others for 35 points. She had her best season statistically with 16 points as a junior, logging six goals and four assists.
