Competed in 400m, 500m, and 800m run this season ... Ran a season-best of 1:07.64 in the 500m run at the Yale Giegengack Invitational on Februraru 6-7 ... Recorded a time of 2:07.00 in the 800m run at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational on December 8.

Outdoor Track:
Ran a season-best of 23.55 in the 200m dash at the Springfield College Invitational on April 18 ... Also recorded a season-best of 53.59 in the 400m dash at the Coast Guard Academy Invitational on April 4.

Freshman (2007-08)
Indoor Track:
Ran a season-best of 4:52.18 in the one mile run at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games on January 25, 2008 and a season-best of 1:10.16 in the 500 meter dash at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games on February 15. 2008 ... Recorded times of 2:52.56 in the 1000 meter run at the URI Sorlein Invite on January 16, 2008, 1:11.7 in the 500 meter run at the Yale Giegengak Invite on Febuary 1-2, 2008 and 2:15.11 in the 800 meter run at the Yale Track Classic on January 12, 2008.

Outdoor Track: 
Ran a season-best of 2:09.70 in the 800 meter run at the Springfield College Invite on April 19, 2008.

High School: Ran Cross Country and Track for Naugatuck High School …Team Captain and selected as an All-NVL performer … Course record holder in the Freshman Invitational at Woodland High School … Class President for 4 years and member of Leadership Club … Honor Roll student.
