Tutoring and Advising

All students in the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences are assigned a faculty academic advisor when they first enter the university.  That academic advisor will help the student select courses, identify program options, and assist with career planning and general serve as a primary contact for the student for any academic or professional issues.  All of our advisors are members of the full-time faculty and they maintain regular office hours to be available to our students.

The university also provides a professional tutoring service that is housed in the Center for Learning Resources (CLR).  The tutors located in the CLR are available at no charge to our students and are available to help with a wide range of academic subjects, including specialized courses.  Student clubs within the college also provide additional peer tutoring based on student needs as a core university service function of the student organizations.
