Ian Rosman started as Director of Sports Medicine in the Fall of 2009. He comes to UNH from Washington & Lee University in Virginia where he was an assistant athletic trainer for three years working with the football, wrestling, men's soccer, women's soccer, and baseball teams.
Rosman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in athletic training from West Chester (PA) University in 2002. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University in Virginia where he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the football, wrestling, and tennis teams. He has also worked numerous sports camps across the country as an athletic trainer.
Rosman is certified as an athletic trainer through the national Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, and is certified to perform and instruct classes in CPR and AED. Additionally, Rosman holds certification as a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Originally from Delaware, he currently resides in West Haven.
