Ian Rosman, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCSIan Rosman started as Director of Sports Medicine in the Fall of 2009. He comes to UNH from Washington & Lee University in Virginia where he was an assistant athletic trainer for three years working with the football, wrestling, men's soccer, women's soccer, and baseball teams.
Rosman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in athletic training from West Chester (PA) University in 2002. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University in Virginia where he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the football, wrestling, and tennis teams. He has also worked numerous sports camps across the country as an athletic trainer.
Rosman is certified as an athletic trainer through the national Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, and is certified to perform and instruct classes in CPR and AED. Additionally, Rosman holds certification as a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Originally from Delaware, he currently resides in West Haven.

Jeff began as the University’s Head Athletic Trainer in 2005-06. Jeff came to UNH after spending two years in minor league baseball with the San Francisco Giants organization, where he worked with the Hagerstown Suns and Augusta GreenJackets, both of the Single-A South Atlantic League. In 2005, Jeff was named the athletic trainer for the Southern Division at the 2005 South Atlantic League All-Star Game. Jeff also spent one season as the Head Athletic Trainer with the Berkshire Black Bears of the Northeast League.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Bridgewater State College in 2000 before working as a Graduate Assistant at Southern Connecticut State University. While at SCSU, Jeff worked with Women’s Volleyball, Field Hockey, Women’s Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Softball teams, and he earned his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science/Human Performance in 2003. Jeff also spent time at Elms College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer from 2002-2004 working with all 13 varsity sports. Jeff was an intern athletic trainer with the New England Patriots during the 1999 season. He currently resides in Hamden, Conn.
Prior to coming to New Haven, Scott worked as an intern at Fairfield University for two years where he covered men's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, and women's lacrosse. He is a recipient of the Eastern Athletic Trainer Association (EATA) Oral Presentation Award and member of the National Athletic Trainer Assocation (NATA).
Scott graduated from Marist College in 2006 with a degree in athletic training and is currently finishing his master's degree in human performance/exercise science at Southern Connecticut State University. He currently resides in New Haven, CT.
