Instructional Programs

 Instructional Programming

The University of New Haven Department of Campus Recreation also offers specialized instructional programs in addition to our regularly scheduled group fitness classes.  These classes are designed to expand your group fitness horizons.  We want to take you off the steps and into a new realm of fitness and wellness.  These classes do come at an additional cost as they are progressive in nature and regular attendance is crucial to your development in the program.  However, the knowledge and understanding you are promised from these programs far outweigh any monetary costs.

Registration begins August 25th!!!
Instructional programs begin from the week of September 15th and end the week of December 8th
There will be no instructional classes the week of November 24th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
