 Class Descriptions: 

AbSolution

This class is twenty minutes of nothing but exercises designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal area and core.
Boot Camp

This action-packed class will challenge your strength, endurance and willpower.  Join our “drill sergeant” for 45 minutes of intensely fun training where anything goes.  This class is for the more seasoned exerciser.
Cardio Kick
Kick and punch out calories! This non-contact cardiovascular workout uses moves from the martial art of kickboxing. Be ready to sweat out a long day of frustration! All levels are welcome.
Cardio Pump
This cardio and weights class is a must for those who want the best of both worlds.  The workout includes interval training that combines cardio and strength. All fitness levels welcome.  Max: 15
Circuits
This class combines intense aerobic circuit training with resistance training intervals.  Participants will perform a “circuit” of 12-15 exercises using jump ropes, steps, exercise balls/bands and hand weights to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and flexibility.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Max 15
Hip Hop

Hip hop consists of individualized dance steps put together to create quick dance combinations set to age appropriate popular music. Students have so much fun, they do not even realize they are learning one of the most complex dance forms around and burning calories!

Step Aerobics

This medium intensity class focuses on basic step aerobic principles.  This class is great for someone who has either never, or not in a long while, stepped.  This class is a good way to learn the basic language of step aerobics and choreography.  This class is for the more seasoned exerciser.  Max 15

Spin

Experience the fun of riding inside. This class features all terrain challenges including hills, flat roads, switch backs, jumps, speed and sprints. You’ll get a great cardio work out and have fun!  This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Max 12
Spin & Sculpt
This class features 30 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 20 minutes of total body strength training exercises and stretching. This class maximizes your total body workout with a high calorie burn to help you get results.  Max 12
Total Body Blast
Burn hundreds of calories and learn to build amazing strength with body sculpting. This workout will help you achieve that lean and strong body you want! It’s always changing and always a challenge.

Zumba

This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.  Zumba is a great workout for both the body and mind and is great for all fitness levels.
