Facility Rentals

Spaces within the Beckerman Center are available for reservation by students, faculty/staff, and outside groups.  Student groups may reserve sections of the facility at no cost however approval will be based on availability and reservations during peak open usage times may be denied. 

In order for your event to be considered you must first fill out an application form located at the Welcome Center desk in the Beckerman Center.  If you are unable to pick up the form in person or if you would like an email version of the form please contact Mike Schneider at mschneider@newhaven.edu

Equipment is also availalbe but a cost is associated.  For large event equipment rental and set up please contact campus maintenance at 932-7087.
