Salvador Dali Lithograph

daliTake home this limited edition, hand-signed lithograph of Invisible Face by the renowned artist Salvador Dali. This stunning piece of artwork makes use of Dali’s aesthetically pleasing, visionary techniques.

This is a quintessential 1930’s Dali image in which one envisions the ruined countenance of a skeletal face, the large drawn mouth serving as a gateway to the vast terrain of the future that lies ahead. The growing cypress tree represents the life of man. Within the worn-down façade of the past are other hidden “Invisible Faces”, perhaps holding the memories of what the grand façade once was. It is reminiscent of an age gone by, one that cannot be returned to. Dali chose to insert one of his most important symbolic images recalling his childhood fetish of the crutch, (signifying spiritual and physical support) so that this relic which represents the past and history of man may not be forgotten. This lithograph is only one of 12 works of “The Final Edition of Salvador Dali” offered exclusively by ARA Productions, LLC and White Space Gallery, 1020 Chapel St., New Haven, Conn.
