The Registrar's Office maintains the academic records of all undergraduate and graduate students. The staff is responsible for course registration, enrollment certification, academic transcripts, student loan deferments, graduation and veteran benefits. The staff is also available to assist you with the procedures for releasing information from your academic record, which may be disclosed only with your written consent, and can answer any questions you may have about the registration process.
The Registrar's office is located on the first floor of South Campus Hall. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1:30 PM on Fridays during the summer). Extended hours are usually scheduled during the first week of each semester and trimester.
