The UNH Emergency Management Team is carefully monitoring the path of Hurricane Sandy and making necessary preparations to protect students, faculty and staff and minimize any potential impact on campus. At this time, with the path of the hurricane still uncertain, we cannot determine whether or not the University will need to make any class or work schedule adjustments at any point next week.
The Emergency Management team will continue to closely monitor the storm’s track throughout the weekend and will issue updates as warranted.
Updates will be sent to all students, faculty and staff via email and voicemail, and will posted on the UNH website (www.newhaven.edu) and distributed through the University’s social media outlets and the local news media. In addition, messages will be sent out via the UNH Emergency Notification System if deemed necessary.
