I graduated from the University of New Haven in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Investigative Services. In addition to my degree, I received a minor in Legal Studies and a certificate in Forensic Computer Investigation. I am originally from San Diego, California, but decided to come to Connecticut for the amazing Criminal Justice program that the University of New Haven had to offer.
While I was an undergraduate student at the University of New Haven, I was the president of a fraternity on campus and I was a member of Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society. I joined the Admissions Team in Fall of 2013 as a campus tour guide and joined the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an Undergraduate Assistant in Summer of 2014 and have worked here ever since.
My interest in higher education had developed because of my experiences with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and with the Division of Student Affairs as a student. I will now be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education online while continuing my passion for this field as an Admissions Counselor for the Mid-Atlantic region (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and West Virginia). I am very passionate about the University and so grateful for all that it has given me in my four years as an undergraduate. I look forward to helping you through your admissions process and I hope to see you around campus soon!
