I grew up in Berlin, CT and received my bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University and my master’s degree in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania. As a student, I was actively involved in Class Councils, the Senior Week Planning Committee, and the Chorus as well as holding jobs as the Cornell Bus Services Director and Internal Transfer Peer Mentor. I really enjoy planning events to help students and families get to know the university and offer advice throughout the admissions process. My advice to prospective students is to find the place that feels like home to you. There’s nothing better than stepping on campus and feeling comfortable with your surroundings!
When I came to campus for the first time, I quickly recognized how deeply the faculty and staff care for their students and their success. It is not only about a good campus visit experience and meeting enrollment numbers. Once students are on campus, faculty and staff are dedicated to the well-being of the students and on the lookout for any student who needs support in academics or their personal life.
