Fire and Occupational Safety
UNH offers a two-year Associate Degree program in Fire and Occupational Safety, a degree that cannot be found at many other institutions. The program blends occupational safety and fire safety courses to give students a well-rounded, basic program. The student has two fire science and free electives, allowing the student to customize the program to his or her own interests. Students work with an expert faculty in well-equipped facilities that include a fire dynamics lab, a fire alarm lab and a sprinkler lab. A graduate of this program is prepared for immediate entry into the field or for continued education. Click here for a complete list of required courses for the Fire and Occupational Safety major. |
