Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement Administration
The University of New Haven’s Criminal Justice degree in Law Enforcement Administration prepares students for careers in federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and other related settings. The curriculum focuses on the roles, activities, and behaviors of people with regard to maintaining law and order, providing needed services, and planning and research. Many students who earn this degree will go directly to work as police officers and eventually to careers with the U.S. Justice Department. Coursework includes Forensic Science, Criminal Investigation, Forensic Psychology, Criminal Procedure, Juvenile Justice System, Police Civil Liability, and Police in Society.
