Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology

The study and practice of industrial and organizational psychology is directed toward enhancing the effectiveness and functioning of organizations by applying psychological principles to human work behavior.  This 22 month long program is geared toward professionals looking to enter or grow in the field of human resources, organizational development and consulting.  The primary goal of this program is to provide students with the knowledge and experience necessary to improve the satisfaction and productivity of people at work.  Classes meet on Saturdays from 8:30am-3:30pm.  No classes are scheduled on major holidays, and there are short breaks in December and in the summer.
