Norm K. Prevost, PMP, is a senior project management professional with twenty years of experience of successful project implementations. Norm brings excellent qualifications in developing and building PMO's, creation of project plans and business proposals, managing user requests/technological changes, implementing best practices and communicating with Senior Management, vendors, user groups, and technology/business professionals.
Norm received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Charter Oak State College and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is a PMP Certified Professional, a Member of the Project Managmenet Institute (PMI), and a Director of the Southern New England Chapter of PMI.
Judd Andres, MBA, PMP®
New London Cohort Instructor
An expert practitioner and integrator of Strategic Business Management, Project Management, and Organizational Effectiveness, Judd Andres has over 25 years of experience in project management and operations, particularly in the areas of leadership development of high performing teams and practical application of operational excellence.
Judd has consulted and contracted with many engineering, IT, and technical organizations on the establishment of a PMO organization. This includes not only building the PMO infrastructure but also the training and development of its members (specifically the Program and Project managers to increase their capacity and capabilities). Judd also acts as an executive coach to senior project managers and leaders.
Prior to his independent consulting work, Judd worked for many years as senior project manager at top pharmaceutical organizations such as Pfizer and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. His certifications include an MBA in Business Policy and Strategy from the University of New Haven, a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, AIMaster Accelerated Implementation Methodology Masters Level & Instructor Certification, and his PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
