Graduate Cohort Programs
WHAT IS A COHORT?
A cohort is a group of students who follows the same set schedule and progresses through an accelerated program together. The unique scheduling, along with small class sizes, promotes an interactive learning environment and facilitates networking opportunities and career strengthening relationships. Part-time, accelerated programs are offered in West Haven, New Haven, New London, and Shelton Connecticut.
COHORT PROGRAM FEATURES:
- Each course of the program is taught by a faculty expert, assuring both content quality, and an engaging variety of styles.
- Bringing together professionals from different industries provides an ideal forum for sharing common challenges, and ideas for resolving them.
- Students attend classes once or twice per week at a location that is convenient for the participants of that cohort group.
- Each cohort becomes a close-knit community of learners, forming a network that often continues long after the program's completion.
- Holding classes no more than once or twice per week, enables students to plan around ongoing work, family, and social responsibilities.
- The “hassle-free” model with one-time registration, book delivery and a meal served per class makes it easier for the professional to balance their home, work and graduate school responsibilities.
