A Long Week in London

From now on I think I’m going to add a mood and song of the moment to the top of all my blogs, so you can see what I’m feeling…

Mood: Pensive and Melancholy

Song: “Believe” by Staind

This weekend has kind of sucked. I found out that an old friend of mine is in the hospital, in ICU, with severe head injuries and is a coma, and on top of that, he has pneumonia. In addition, there is no possible way for me to go and visit him. My prayers go out to him and his family, and, hopefully, he has a speedy recovery.

So, yeah, today I have my first oral assessment in French, not so excited about that. Oh, and tonight I have my first Freshman Experience class with Dr. Adams. What stinks though is not that I have his class all five nights this week, but that I have his class conflicting with my French and Spanish class. So, I have to meet with Dr. Adams and discuss what I should do for that. I’m hoping to see Taste of Chaos on Wednesday night , too, with Atreyu and Story of the Year, so I’ll just have to wait and see how this all plays out.

I’m still sick from the Fresher’s Flu, and it’s getting worse, so if it doesn’t go away by Friday, I’ll probably go to the free clinic down at Queen Mary’s Hospital right across the road. So, cross your fingers for me and hope I get better!
