I’ve come to the conclusion that Studio C ( the studio you use as a sophomore ) hate me and my group. Yep. For each project we’ve had to do, something hasn’t been working. The first time, ProTools wasn’t working properly, and wouldn’t let us record. And the second time, the ProTools interface wasn’t even turned on. Since nobody in my group has been taught how to trouble shoot ProTools, and we didn’t want to mess anything up more, we just sat in the studio for two hours doing nothing. I emailed my teacher from the studio, and he told me and my group that we could have an extension for the second project- we ended up being able to finish the first one.
Unfortunately, the only studio time available is this Wednesday during the last MEISA show of the year. :o(
Oh well, in the end, academics are more important anyway. And to be honest, I’d rather have more time in a studio than go to a concert –even if Patent Pending is playing. . .
