Rush, Rush …….. Run; Run it’s that time of the year when every student at UNH is glued to their computers. It’s the time of registration for classes, its time of excitement of knowing which classes are going to be yours and which are not, it’s the time of knowing how fast you can click that mouse and at last, it’s that time of the year where you know how your schedule next semester is going to look like. The moment the clock hits midnight, every student in UNH click their mouse and within one second they get to know if they got the class or not (depending on the internet speed). If you get all your classes, you can jump, play some rocking music and maybe drink some hot chocolate (or coke, diet coke whatever you like). If you don’t get your classes you can always blame it on the I-I-I-I- Internet speed or you can blame it on your m-m-m-m- mouse too. Even though you end up being waitlisted in some of your classes if at the end you talk to the instructors or your advisor, there will still be a ray of hope. I’m going to be a junior next year (yep time flies), so I got all my classes and for once I’m glad to be a junior. When I was a freshman I remember how some girls in the suite next to mine made a countdown video of registration for classes and put it up on face book, it was pretty hilarious (I still look at it and LOL sometimes). Well regardless of getting your classes or not, this is one day that makes everyone a geek and trust me!!! Small moments like these make a student’s stay at UNH Cherish able and FUN.
