It's getting to be that time when out of nowhere, piles of work begin to get thrown at you. I'm home this weekend and next weekend to stay with my dog while my mom is away, and it's probably a good thing so that I can get some work done. I have to do a "How To" presentation for Monday and I'm thinking I'll do How To Appreciate the Office. Doing this will allow me to watch The Office all weekend so I am not complaining.
Spring Weekend is on its way and we're getting Third Eye Blind! I was very happy when I heard this, it should be a great show. Two nights later I'll be seeing Britney Spears, what a combination. And then four nights later is my birthday, turning the big 2-0. It's wild to think that my teen years are coming to an end. I have a final that night, which I was at first upset about, but I think it will be nice to have that feeling of relief that a class is over on my birthday.
So I hopped on the Twitter bandwagon last night. Being insanely bored and wanting to follow a few people, I gave in. I started to follow Perez Hilton, I cannot get enough of him. I'm of course following Britney, as well as John McCain's daughter Meghan, she's awesome. I added Nicole Richie to the list but I don't think it's really her. UNH also has a Twitter page that I tracked down so I added that as well. I know there are various clubs and organizations on campus, also, so I'll have to find them.
Last night a few of my roommates and I went to this place in downtown New Haven called Keys to the City. It was so much fun, they have dueling pianos and when one of the musicians isn't playing, he goes on drums while the other is on piano. There were a lot of UNH students there and we all just sang along to the requests - believe me, these guys know every song there is. I'm definitely looking forward to going again.
