No E-Mail for You

So this last week our e-mail server was down for maintenance purposes, and I have never seen people so lost.  Technology has begun to completely consume our lives to the point of if we don't have e-mail, facebook, or twitter we feel disconnected with society.  I myself find it quite funny to be honest.  Like as much as it annoyed me to not be able to send out the information I needed, it was humorous to see how solom people became without access to their school e-mail.  I will give them the benefit of the doubt in that our primary contact with our professors are their university e-mails.  Can you imagine back in the day before e-mail and texting?!?!?!

Technology has been both a blessing and a curse, I feel we must begin to be careful with how much of our lives we entrust to machines.  What will happen to us when the day that everything does crash?  Revolution...or Re-Evolution?

I don't know I guess I am just glad to have everything back up and running , and able to conduct business again. =)
