Sorry about that, but I’ve been extremely busy. Last Saturday, I participated in the Accepted Student Day on campus. I sat on a student panel and answered some questions about the music department and the University in general. That was a lot of fun! I love doing those types of things.
On Sunday night, I had my first National MEISA meeting. The executive board met on google chat and talked about all of the things we want to get done this year –and let me tell you, we have a LOT of good stuff planned. So definitely try to get involved in MEISA when you get to UNH. The national conference will be in Miami next year, that should be reason enough to join! :o)
On Monday, I met with the director of student activities to ask about starting a record label on campus. He gave me some really helpful information, and if all goes according to plan, we should have a semi-functional record label next year!! So that’s another thing to keep a look out for.
That’s pretty much all I have for you right now. And once the email is up and running (it’s been down for the past few days) I will send this out to get posted!
