The conference was absolutely amazing! So many industry professionals were there, and the panels were amazingly informational! Just so you know, the type of speakers they had include: Danny Goldberg (manager of Nirvana) Panos Panay (founder and CEO of sonicbids.com) Jim D’Addario (of D’Addario guitar strings) Sammy Ash (COO of Sam Ash) TIsh Ciravolo (President of Daisy Rock Guitars) and so many more!
The conference was two days long, and on Saturday, I woke up not wanting to do anything at all –but we had to be at the National MEISA meeting by 8AM, where all of the school’s MEISA chapters met with the National Executive Board. The held elections for next year’s National Executive Board, and I was elected National MEISA Secretary! I am so excited to hold this position, though I am a bit scared that I will be incredibly busy. . . oh well, I’ll manage!
