Approaching the Halfway Point

Hi everyone! I know it's been awhile, but I have been locked in my room ever since I got back from Spring Break doing tons of homework. It's been a really stressful week and, needless to say, I am glad that it's over! I definitely need time to relax and socialize, my roommates have been saying that they've barely seen me all week.

This week we had a really exciting Public Relations Writing class. A friend of my teacher's is running a fundraiser for an HIV/AIDS effort and our class is going to start working on all of the public relations stuff - advertising, press releases, websites, etc. It's really cool that we're getting to do some real world work. I'm anxious to start working on it and help this guy out, his cause is awesome and he's really nice.

I am happy to say that I got A+'s on all of the mid-terms I took. It's annoying being locked in this room all the time but it pays off. I have a feeling that the rest of this semester is going to fly by...we're already choosing our classes for next semester! I have my schedule pretty set, I'm just waiting to hear what the honors classes are so I can pick one. Less than two months from now I will be half-way finished with college. Insane.

Well, I'm off to chill out, and catch up on some things I didn't do this week because of all my work. I hope to see a lot of you here this weekend with the Accepted Students Days , I'll be working Sunday. Have a good weekend!
