So it is a miracle that I have even found the time to sit long down long enough at my computer to blog it up for you guys. I love it how we get a glorious week of for Spring Break and the second we get back to school you need to be prepared to hit the ground running. That is annoying that teachers expect me to enjoy my vacation with my nose in a textbook. And I will tell you right now I did not. =) This was my time off and I was going to enjoy it.
I think a successful break for me is to go home and do nothing, yeah nothing. I don’t need an exciting adventure because I am nonstop while I am here at school. I wanted a break where I could just sit still and enjoy the peacefulness of my backyard up in the Catskill Mountains. I saw some close friends, enjoyed the company of my relatives, visited my grandmother in the hospital, and enjoyed every night I could in the hot tub. Grandma is doing better now, I’ll tell you, she saw me and her face lit up. It was adorable, she was so happy to see me.
But after all that, Monday decided to rear its ugly head and it was time for classes to commence. I can relate these last 3 days back from break to walking/running right into a brick wall over and over again. Like I have had so much to do and a lot to get done for this week it is not even funny. But I am proud to say that it is all getting done and surprisingly done well. *give self pat on the back*
