Hey everyone!! Thanks for checking out my blog! I’m new to this so please bear with me. A little bit about me first… My name is Melissa, but everyone calls me Missy. I’m originally from New Bedford, MA, about 2-2 ½ hours from UNH. I’m a forensic science major with a concentration in biology and minors in chemistry and criminal justice. Most importantly I’m only 3 months away from graduation!!
I guess I’m kind of in the same boat that a lot of you are in right now… not really sure what you’re going to do or where you’re going to go. It’s kind of scary, huh?! Let me tell you though, the past three and a half years at UNH have been great! I was a little scared at first, but I quickly learned that there is always someone with an answer or someone with a hand to lend around UNH. That scared and nervous feeling goes away pretty fast. I wish I could say the same about finding a job!!
I wish that when I was a freshman I could have heard all about the real struggles preparing for and after graduation. I know you may find it hard to relate to some of the things I’m going through now in my last semester, but I hope you all enjoy my blog and it helps you get through your next four years a little easier!
