We’re about a week and a half back into the semester, and I am sooo glad to be back. Our six week break sounds good in theory, but when you’re away from all of your friends snowed in at your house (as opposed to your dorm), it can get a bit dull. This year I stayed on campus almost all break, working for Admissions and taking a management course. It was a really great way to make some money and earn some credit.
Perhaps the worst thing about being back is going to classes—not sitting in them, per say, but actually walking to them in the crazy weather we’ve been having is really doing a number on my shoes. Winter is my least favorite season, so I wasn’t too happy when Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow the other day. My family is moving to Florida and I cannot wait to get out of the cold weather!
