FE 001 Freshman Experience Seminar (back to previous page)A thirteen-week course required for graduation is offered during the first semester of study for all first-time, full-time freshman day students. The goal of this team-taught seminar class is to give students the tools to help them understand and succeed in a competitive environment by addressing such topics as academic standards, diversity, time and stress management, college life vs. high school, university relationships, responsible human sexuality, exploration of self, alcohol and substance abuse, and real-life learning. Seminar fee; 1 credit hour.
