KEEPING ALL THE BALLS IN THE AIR: How To Cope With Constant Change.... And Still Stay Sane!

Presented by Rob Peck

If you are involved in a family business, odds are you are always juggling – your roles and responsibilities in the company, your roles and responsibilities in the family, AND your personal wants and needs.  In order to stay fit and do your best in all of your many roles, it is important to maintain a healthy balance of leisure and work. A healthy life balance combines a spirit of fun with a sense of purpose that brings out the best in people.   By creating a positive and creative atmosphere in your workplace, your employees will feel more refreshed and able to be creative in their roles.

Rob Peck is always juggling, too.  While his presentation encourages you to be a better juggler, he’ll be busy keeping all his balls up in the air.  Rob Peck demonstrates his philosophy of the importance of mixing in a bit of fun in your work by showing off his juggling skills while presenting an informative topic.

If you feel like you are always juggling, please join us for this fun and interactive presentation.

 REAL LIFE SUCCESSION STORIES

You asked for it, you got it!  Our members suggested that we hear about succession from companies who have already been through it.  While the outcomes may be different, they all have many valuable lessons that they are willing to share with you.  Please join us on Tuesday, May 17, for this intimate look at succession from those who have been there and lived its effects on their families and their businesses.  Our CFB sponsors will help these businesses tell their stories and provide their expertise on issues which arise.

Whether you are now in the succession process or thinking ahead to the future, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to hear about what you can expect and what these “succession survivors” did right or wish they had done differently.
