Transitions go much smoother when we've prepared for them. Bonnie and Michael Hartley will help us to plan for inevitable and unplanned family business transitions using their "FIRE DRILLS" approach to planning. This session will help you look at consequences of significant transitions and identify the resulting needs of the family and the business. At this conference, you will begin planning for a circumstance of your choosing. You will leave with a CD containing tools to help you prepare for a variety of life and business-altering scenarios. We encourage you to bring family members and key employees to this conference.
