This fall, UNH saw the beginning of a new study abroad program. The Freshman Semester Abroad program sent twelve freshmen to attend Roehampton University in London, England, during their first semester of college. They were able to attend classes and live with the rest of the students in attendance at Roehampton. Students experienced life in a foreign country and started to understand that they live in a larger world thzn they originally thought. As a part of their experience, the students were asked to reflect on a certain aspect of their time in London. A few of the responses are available to read, below. Overall, the student's experiences were positive and helped them to cultivate a sense of independance and cultural awareness.
