The Board of Governors of the University of New Haven is comprised of alumni and community and corporate leaders, and is the policy-making body charged with the fiscal and strategic oversight and governance of the university. In the exercise of their authority and responsibilities, the Board of Governors holds the University of New Haven’s financial, physical, and human assets and operations in trust for future generations and is pledged to provide coordination, focus, advocacy, stewardship, and leadership for the diverse members of the UNH learning community. The voting members of the Board of Governors are elected for three-year terms and will convene a minimum of three times per year.
