Mr. Thomas E. Beebe, Vice President for Facilities Thomas Beebe is the Vice President of Facilities at the University of New Haven. After joining UNH in July 2009, as the associate vice president for Capital Projects, Beebe successfully managed the remodeling and construction of a number of UNH facilities, including The Henry C. Lee Institute building. As vice president, Beebe is responsible for all facilities-related matters and oversight of campus police and transportation at the university. Prior to joining UNH, Beebe assisted the university in program management for several years as the director of business development for Petra Construction Corporation. He has over 30 years of experience in facilities planning, project management, facilities management and construction. Dr. Margaret Jablonski, Vice President for Student Affairs Margaret Jablonski joined the University of New Haven as Vice President for Student Affairs on August 1, 2010. Dr. Jablonski has nearly 30 years of experience in higher education. Before joining UNH, she served as vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, one of the premier public universities in the United States. At UNC-Chapel Hill, Jablonski oversaw student life for approximately 17,500 undergraduate and 10,000 graduate students. Her areas of responsibility included housing and residential education, campus health services, counseling and wellness services, student judicial affairs, and Greek life . Prior to joining UNC-Chapel Hill in 2004, Jablonski served as dean for campus life at Brown University, the associate vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Connecticut, associate dean for undergraduate education and student affairs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and assistant dean for residential services at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Mrs. Caroline Koziatek, Vice President of Human Resources, Title IX Coordinator and Diversity Officer Caroline Vitale Koziatek '92 M.B.A. joined the University of New Haven in August 2007 as Associate Vice President for Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2010. An accomplished professional with over 23 years of service in human resources, Koziatek is known as a skilled coach, a master at acquiring top talent and a respected team builder. Most recently, Koziatek was vice president of commercial and consumer strategic business for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in North Haven, Conn., where she served for more than 16 years. Previously, she held positions in quality and customer service for Applied Data Processing, Inc. in North Haven, Conn. and in operations and control for the former Macy's in New Haven, Conn. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Bryant University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of New Haven. New Hall |

Mr. Richard J. Tuchman, Vice President for University Advancement Richard J. Tuchman joined the University of New Haven as Vice President for University Advancement in July, 2008. A prominent Connecticut fundraising professional, Tuchman previously served as the Executive Director of Development at the University of Hartford. During his previous 22 years as an advancement officer, Tuchman served as an executive in the Development and Advancement offices at Yale University, Saint Joseph College, Quinnipiac University and at the American Heart Association, and began his career with the Boy Scouts of America. He was a member of the team that completed the University of Hartford’s $175-million capital campaign, led a successful $30-million campaign at Saint Joseph College and directed the Quinnipiac University Development Office for four years.
