Strategic Direction IV

Institutional Effectiveness – investment and strategic management of resources in facilities, technology, and human resources in ways that support growth in the above areas; fostering professionalism and an ethic of continuous improvement in all areas of endeavor. The plans laid out require investments in addition to those noted, such as facility upgrades and new facilities, and enhanced technology in the classroom. In addition, the commitment to carry out this plan so that UNH grows in size, stature, financial stability, effectiveness, and competitiveness requires commitments to develop its human resources and to professionalize its practices and culture, we need to embrace a culture of renewal and excellence.
